Mother Changes Mind and Saves Twins

Just bring transparent; consistently writing on truly dark material that exposes the true, unrepentant condition of man's heart is tiring and trying.  So you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon this headline.

"Alexis," a pseudonym provided to Pregnancy Help News had already taken the first of two RU-486 pills to begin the process of a chemical abortion.  She was about six weeks pregnant and was now sitting in a North Carolina abortion clinic receiving an ultrasound.  The technician said a word that caught her attention, "oh, twins."

Alexis had always dreampt of having twins, so as she walked out of the clinic, she was in a daze.  With the second RU-486 pill that she was to take within 48 hours in hand, she remembered something that she had heard from a sidewalk counselor, "“It might not be too late for you—AbortionPillReversal.com—they can still help you save your baby."

So she called.

Courtney Parks, coordinator with HELP said, "we got her started on the abortion pill reversal treatment extremely fast."  Several months later, the pregnancy center threw a baby shower for Alexis and her twins.

"If I had known what I know now and I had seen how the Lord has provided for these babies," Alexis told Parks. "I would have never even walked into that clinic."

Alexis' twins are now among 750 babies that have been saved by the abortion pill reversal treatment since it was developed in 2012.  One of the 800 clinicians in the nationwide network that makes up the Abortion Pill Reversal network of providers, Kelly Byrum said, “It’s really neat that it’s getting some press now and people are becoming aware of it [the reversal treatment].  We have heard women come out of this (abortion) clinic that have told us that they told them inside that once you take this pill, there’s nothing you can do to reverse it, that it’s just not possible.”

So for those of you that have stood on the sidewalks begging women to change their minds, please know that you are making a difference.  Your words are lingering with even those that you fear may have followed through.  Please, keep praying, and keep showing up.
