In 2013, the United Nations adopted resolution A/RES/68/192 and designated July 30 as the World Day against Trafficking in Persons. This resolution declared that such a day was necessary to “raise awareness of the situation of victims of human trafficking and for the promotion and protection of their rights.”
Regardless of who, when, or why the UN got involved and whether or not the motives of their heart are hypocritical or altruistic is between them and their Creator.
As for me and my house…we will serve the LORD.
Any time an annual day on the calendar is set aside, and masses of people assemble to make declarations—there will be an outpouring of power. If the event is a ritual, spiritual gateways can be opened, and demonic power will overflow; if the event is a gathering of believers to pray and fast, spiritual gateways can be opened, and the power of God will overflow.
Perhaps July 30 is our “Mount Carmel” moment–our opportunity to topple a Ba’al and beg God to intervene on our behalf and to heal our land, despite our being waist-deep in the blood of all of the born and unborn children we have sacrificed to Molech.
This is just a short article to make the Body of Christ aware of this day and to encourage everyone to pray or fast, as led by the Spirit of God because, at present, there are millions of young women and children trapped in a nightmare, being used and abused in unimaginable ways without any hope of discovery, rescue, or justice.
If you would like to get involved, there are some great organizations out there. Jaco Booyens Ministries is a great place to start if you would like to read up on the issue from a Christian perspective.
Please also consider setting aside July 30th to:
- Pray
- Fast
- Hold a prayer vigil or prayer meeting in your home/church/over Zoom
We must be VIGILANT in this fight.
We must TRAVAIL in prayer.
Sex trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, pedophilia, CP, ritual abuse, and SRA are demonic strongholds that will not simply tumble over with the feather-light push of few halfhearted prayers. It will take an all-out spiritual battle.
THIS IS WAR!
If you knew you could save ONE child…would you be willing to go hungry and wrestle with God in prayer for ONE day?
