A teen found the courage to speak out about abuse that she had suffered at the hands of family members and those men are now behind bars facing charges.
On Wednesday, January 1st, officers responded to a residence in Gentry, Arkansas and spoke with a teenager there after she had gone to the Child Advocacy Center in Benton County.
She told officers that Levi Yoder, 39, had "sexually abused" her on multiple occasions over the past few years. According to the police report, Levi had apologized for his actions and asked that the victim, "pray for him."
Levi was arrested that same day and booked into the Benton County Jail on two counts of rape and one count of second degree sexual assault. His bond is set at $100,000.
On January 3rd, 21 year old Devon Yoder was also arrested. According to the police report, the teenager stated that he would force her to watch pornography with him and when she would try to get away, he would tell her to "stop."
Devon is also facing two counts of rape and an additional charge of second degree sexual assault. His bond is set at $100,000.
They are due to appear in court again on February 10th.
