According to a Warren County Grand Jury Indictment dated December 6th, three individuals have now been charged in relation to the matter of a man being held in a dog kennel and abused for three days in October of this year.
Christopher Edwards, 38, Bryan Parker, 46, and his daughter, Lindsey Parker, 22, have all been indicted with three charges each related to the incident which took place October 16th - 19th. They are charged with felony kidnapping and two counts each of felony assault in the second degree.
The three are scheduled to appear in court tomorrow for their arraignment.
