Jose Ricardo Rodriguez-Preciado, 38, is believed to be in either Adams or Franklin County.
On Sunday Pennsylvania State Police released an image of Hose Ricardo Rodriguez-Preciado who is charged with raping a juvenile the day before.
The crime occurred Saturday morning in Green Township, and Rodriguez-Preciado is said to have fled the scene on foot. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
Police believe him to be in the area of either Adams or Franklin counties and are asking that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact the Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg at 717-264-5161.
Rodriguez-Preciado is described as a Hispanic male, 5'8", and approximately 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark zip-up hoodie.
