Ryan Patrick England, 33, was arrested last Wednesday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a student.
The 8-year-old girl told her father that England had put his hands inside of pants and touched her on multiple occasions during and after school during "Adventure Club," and that he had offered her "Takis and snacks" as a bribe to keep the secret.
The following day, England was released on $75,000 bond. He is due back in court on April 7th for a pre-trial hearing.
England has reportedly worked as a first grade teacher at Elolf Elementary School within the Judson Independent School District for six of the eight years he has worked as a teacher.
A statement issued by the Judson ISD states that England has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. They encouraged any parents with questions or concerns to contact the District Police Department at 210-659-9789.
