Police responded to a call around 8:45 Saturday morning after a woman reported to finding a body on fire in Echo Lake Park in Fort Worth, Texas.
At approximately 10:30 am, a similar call came in reporting that a body had been found in an alley between some homes in the 1200 block of West Felix Road.
Police have confirmed that both bodies, found approximately 3 miles from one another, both appeared to have been burned. They have not issued any statements about whether or not the crimes may be connected.
The identities as well as the manner and cause of death have not yet been released and the crimes remain under investigation as homicides.
