A joint operation between the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and the Oslow County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit set out to investigate distribution of LSD to active members of the military at Camp Lejeune and civilians throughout Oslow county. On Monday, two arrests were made.
Corporal Andrew Christian Gray, 23, was taken into custody at his military unit at Camp Lejeune and Allison Alexia Seely, 19, was arrested at her residence on Raintree Circle in Jacksonville. According to the Sheriff's Department statement, Gray also maintains a residence on Raintree Circle, but they have not yet determined if the two know each other or have other connections.
Gray is charged with felony trafficking in LSD by sale, felony trafficking in LSD by delivery, felony trafficking in LSD by manufacture, and felony trafficking in LSD by possession. In his appearance before the magistrate, he was assigned $404,000 secured bond.
Seely was charged with felony trafficking in LSD by sale, felony trafficking in LSD by delivery, felony trafficking in LSD by manufacture, and felony trafficking in LSD by possession. Additionally, she faces two counts of felony to conspire to traffic LSD, to counts to sell schedule 1 controlled substance, two counts of conspire to deliver schedule 1 controlled substance and two counts to sell schedule 1 controlled substance. When she appeared before the magistrate, she was given a $452,000 secured bond.
Both are in the custody of the Onslow County Detention Center. Their first court appearance was on September 17th. It is not known when they are due in court next.
