Monday morning at about 11 am Dallas Police were contacted by an alarm company after one of their customers reached out through the emergency medical alert and reported that he had shot his family.
57-year-old James Webb met police outside of his apartment and was taken into custody without incident.
Inside the apartment investigators located the bodies of 35-year-old Victoria Bunton and two teenage boys ages 13 and 16 along with a handgun and spent shell casings. Police have not yet released the names of the teenagers.
According to the arrest affidavit, Webb told police that he and Bunton had begun arguing at about 10 am because he had a headache and felt that she and the children were being too loud. Webb "was tired of all three of the victims yelling and telling him that there was nothing wrong with him, so he shot them."
Webb waited an hour before he contacted his alarm company to request emergency responders.
Webb has been charged with capitol murder.
