Tuesday a man was discovered deceased inside of a a Paris apartment after a neighbor had reported hearing screams and discovering blood on the landing to police.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was found with holes believed by officers to have been caused by a drill in his feet.
Reports indicate that he had additional holes in his stomach, with other signs of trauma to his body including blows to the head.
The investigation is ongoing. Police have only released that the man was neither the tenant nor the owner of the apartment in which he was found.
