Fairview, Texas: Sunday an Amber Alert was issued for 14-year-old Hayley Giandoni who had been taken from her home in Fairview, Texas at approximately 6:00 pm on Saturday.
The alert indicated that investigators believed she may be in "grave or immediate danger."
On Monday "an alert citizen" recognized the girl in Balch Springs, Texas, approximately 40 miles from her home and called the police.
Officers found the girl and with her, a 13-year-old that had been reported missing out of Seagoville.
Investigators stated that the necessary criteria for an Amber Alert were not met in order to issue one in the case of the missing 13-year-old.
The investigation into the suspect that picked Hayley up from her home is ongoing and officers are asking that anyone with additional information contact the Fairview Police Department at (972) 886-4211.
The Dallas Morning News reports that while officers were searching for Hayley, they located a total of three other "juvenile female runaways" between the ages of 13 and 17-years-old that were somehow related to her disappearance.
No additional information was provided as the case remains under investigation.
