Youth turns himself in for murder in Nepal

News out of Nepal indicates that in the early morning hours of September 4, a "youth" by the name of Raju Pariyar walked into the District Police Office in Dhading carrying a severed head and a knife.

Khabarhub, a Nepal based news outlet, reports that the teen confessed to killing 65-year-old Som Bahadur Gurung during an argument, and told them where the remainder of the body could be found.

Police took possession of both the knife and the severed head.

The investigation is ongoing and a postmortem is being conducted.

Teaching children from before they can walk that people are ‘inherently good’ is not only dangerous, but it also contradicts Biblical truth (Jer. 17:9, Romans 8, etc).

I don’t like writing stories about parents inflicting atrocities on their own children, but if we continue as a society to refuse to acknowledge that these things happen and that they are not nearly as uncommon as we would like to think, then we’ll never move to the next step of recognizing the reality of ritual abuse, and doing something about it.
