Atherton, California: 36-year-old Brandon Yamagata has been sentenced to state prison after he pleaded no contest to felony exposure that took place at an elementary school.
He has been sentenced to 16 months with credit for 113 days of time served by Judge Barbara Mallach.
According to KRON Yamagata was arrested on November 1 after a janitor at Encinal Elementary School found him masturbating on school property. No students or teachers were on campus at the time.
At the time of his arrest, Yamagata was on probation for a previous conviction stemming from an incident in which he was charged with misdemeanor child molestation for reportedly grabbing a teenager outside of a coffee, tea, and desert bar in Redwood City.
Mercury News reports that he has a total of seven prior felony convictions.
