Oxford, Georgia: Officers with the Walton County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on July 27 at about 4:00 pm at a residence in unincorporated Loganville after the Georgia Bureau of Investigation provided a tip that a resident there was downloading child pornography.
In speaking with the resident, officers learned that there was at least one more suspect in the area that was "creating homemade child sexual abuse material with at least one youngster who lived in the home."
In a statement released to Facebook, the Walton County Sheriff's Office stated, "detectives worked hastily to confirm the identity of the suspect and the juvenile victim(s). Walton County's Division of Family and Child Services (DFCS) office was notified about the need for emergency protective placement for two young children and members of WCSO's Sheriff's Emergency Response Team (SERT) assembled to serve both search and arrest warrants on [the] residence just hours after receiving information that there were children in harm's way."
At about 11:30 pm, officers served a search warrant at the home of William Dale Zulock, 32, and Zachary Jacoby Zulock, 35.
Deputies from the Walton County Division of Family and Child Services responded with officers in order to take custody of two bothers that had been living in the home after being adopted by the Zulocks.
During a search of the home, officers found evidence showing that the men "were participating in sexually abusive actions and video documenting this abuse."
William Zulock has been charged with aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. He remains in custody with a bond amount of $25,000.
Zachary Zulock has been charged with aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. No bond amount shows on his jail records and he remains in custody.
Both have court dates scheduled for September 1, 2022.
