McKinney, Texas: Back in September 2019, Rodney Lloyd Smith was arrested for sexual assault of a child.
On Wednesday, May 11, Smith plead guilty to all nine counts against him of sexual assault of a child.
He shows as being booked into the Collin County Jail the following day.
According to court records, he has been sentenced to three years in jail for the first count. For counts two through nine, he was sentenced to a total of ten years, suspended, with eight years of probation.
While incarcerated, Smith will be required to participate in Sex Offender Therapy with a therapist of his choosing.
